I am currently an Assistant Professor and a Consultant of Internal Medicine, Diabetes and Endocrinology at King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. I am involved in clinical, research, and teaching roles, which include course coordination and exam preparations.

I graduated and earned my doctorate from Menoufia University, Egypt, where I still keep an academic position as a lecturer. Additionally, I worked as a Clinical Research Fellow at Joslin Diabetes Center, Harvard University, USA (2008-2009), where I contributed to a variety of clinical research related to diabetes, obesity, satiety hormones and inflammatory markers.

My clinical experience involves a variety of outpatient and inpatient adult diabetes and endocrinology cases from diverse nationalities. I have shared in journal publications, a book chapter and peer review activities.

I am currently an academic tutor for Diploma MSc - Learna and contribute to StudyPRN as an author. I have worked in the field of family medicine in countries with the highest prevalence of diabetes worldwide, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and now Kuwait.

I achieved my MBBS from Rawalpindi Medical University, Pakistan. I am a Diabetes and Endocrinology Consultant at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and an Honorary Consultant Endocrinologist at the University Hospital of Wales.

I completed my graduation and post-graduation at the University of Delhi with a thesis on thyroid dysfunction. Following this, I had the opportunity to research neuroendocrine tumours, for which I was awarded an MD from Cardiff University. Additionally, I won prizes at the European Neuroendocrine Tumour Society (2009); the UK & Ireland Neuroendocrine Tumour Society (2008); and the British Endocrine Society (2009 and 2011) annual meetings for this research.

I am the editor of the Best of Five MCQs for the Endocrinology and Diabetes SCE, which remains one of the most widely read books by diabetes and endocrinology trainees in the UK. I have also published editorials and articles in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to book chapters on neuroendocrine tumours, thyroid and parathyroid disorders in various textbooks.

I received my undergraduate education and medical degree from the American University of Beirut, and continued my residency training and fellowship in Endocrinology at the American University of Beirut.

I was an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Medical Education Department at the Faculty of Medicine at Beirut Arab University, and am currently working as an Endocrinologist Consultant at HealthPlus Diabetes and Endocrinology Center in the UAE.

I am a board-certified Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a particular interest in reproductive endocrinology and obesity-related women's and maternal disorders, with 29 years of experience focusing on creativity and safety. I am currently a Senior Consultant at Al Amal Maternity and IVF Center. I have enjoyed this role in a well-recognised hospital and have built a strong foundation at a Manager level. Furthermore, the strong working relationships with my colleagues and the team-oriented and self-directed environment working with StudyPRN help me grow and further develop my leadership and academic career.

I’m working as a Registrar in the Endocrinology and Internal Medicine Department at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital, Brunei Darussalam.

I accomplished my graduation from the Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan (2008). I am honoured to have obtained my fellowship in Internal Medicine (FCPS) from Pakistan in 2014. I successfully completed the MRCP UK in 2015; the Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism SCE in 2016; the European Board Examination in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in 2018; and finally my Acute Medicine SCE in 2020.

My clinical practice includes managing a wide variety of endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, adrenal, pituitary, reproductive, thyroid, parathyroid and metabolic disorders, and acute medical conditions.

I am a Clinical Senior Lecturer and Consultant Physician for Diabetes and Endocrinology at Cardiff University and the University Hospital of Wales. I am on the Society for Endocrinology Clinical Committee and am also a Co-convenor of the SfE Thyroid Network, and was recently appointed to the 2020 SfE Leadership and Development Awards program.

I have received awards at both national and international conferences for my work and have over 50 publications including key publications in JAMA, Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology and Nature Communications.

I am a Consultant Diabetologist at Singleton Hospital, Swansea and have a specialist interest in benign thyroid disorders and antenatal diabetes clinics. I completed my MBBS from the N.T.R University of Health Sciences (2006), followed by my MRCP (UK) in 2012 and finally the MRCP SCE in Diabetes and Endocrinology (2017).

I am passionate about teaching, having presented several interesting topics on diabetes, endocrine and general internal medicine in local departmental teaching sessions and in specialist registrar teachings. In addition, I am actively involved in teaching medical students and MRCP PACES exam candidates.

I’m a Professor of Endocrinology at the Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research and Seth Sukhlal Karnani Memorial Hospital (IPGME&R), India. I have over 30 years of experience in patient care, teaching, and research. Additionally, I have more than 270 publications [h-index 46, citations >29,246] and serve on the editorial board of many international journals. I trained in corneal confocal microscopy during my visit as a professor at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, University of Manchester, UK. I have received numerous awards and medals and have delivered multiple orations. Furthermore, I serve on the executive committee of the Indian Society for Bone and Mineral Research and on the Governing Council of Worldwide Cardio-Diabetology, New York, and contribute to StudyPRN as an author.

I am a Consultant Endocrinologist at the University Hospital Wales. My clinical interests include hypogonadism, growth hormone deficiency and obesity. I have published over 100 peer-reviewed publications and my research interests include the application of novel technologies in delivering medical education.

I have an established reputation in medical education and in particular online learning, having been the founder of OnExamination.com. I have also been involved in establishing training courses for weight management in community pharmacy.
