Coughs and colds are a frequent presentation to pharmacies, with customers seeking advice on the most appropriate treatments. This module for pharmacy counter assistants is designed to test your knowledge of the latest management and advice for patients presenting to pharmacies with typical cough and cold symptoms.
Each question is designed to test a particular aspect of patient care that is highly relevant to your role as a counter assistant. After each question, there are detailed explanations and further reading to help support your learning and expand your knowledge for future interactions with customers. Also, you are given the opportunity to reflect upon each of the questions.
